  The Company

Expanding Horizons is a California-based company, incorporated in June of 1980, and is registered with the State of California. And to protect the consumer and travel agencies, all funds are deposited in a trust account as required by California law. Naturally, we are fully computerized, with our own in-house programs designed exclusively for the meeting, convention, and incentive market.  This enables efficient and timely responses to clients' requests.

 

   Objective

Our objective at Expanding  Horizons in formulating any program is to offer the creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail necessary to successfully meet the requirements for any group organizer

Our experienced and informative staff  are on hand to advise and offer assistance from the initial consultation to the successful conclusion of the program.  To meet this goal, we offer:

Assistance with Site Selection recognizing the program specifications such as:

Air Service to/from the location
Hotel Accommodation
Cruise Cabin and Onboard Amenities
Ground Transportation
Meeting Space. 

Familiarity with the destination and flight schedules ensures that  inquiries are handled first-hand and with minimum delay.

Also our sophisticated computer systems, allows for registration via the Internet with each program having its own web page.

 

   Theme Development

Group organizer also appreciate the concept of a “program theme”  This helps build group spirit and contributes to the overall group enjoyment of the program. 

Our services include design of a theme/logo to uniquely identify the program.  This would be carried through on all informational pieces including the web page, correspondence, documentation passport wallet and bag tags.

 

   Travel Documents

Expanding Horizons can provide final pre-trip documentation to include a detailed program of events, general destination information, passport wallets, bag tags, and flight bags with the respective company's individual logo or program theme.

 

   Professionalism In Execution  

We recognize that the successful execution of every program is directly related to the professionalism, training, and experience of field managers and support staff.   Hence, only experienced staff with a proven success record accompanies each program.

 

   Quality Control

Quality control is maintained by an Expanding Horizons' executive staff member accompanying each major account to its destination.

 

   Pre & Post- Tours

When requested, Expanding Horizons can provide pre- or post programs in conjunction with the main program.
