This morning coach northwards past isolated beaches and breathtaking views of the Coral Sea to Port Douglas. Here board the modern, high speed catamaran, M.V. Quicksilver, for the opportunity to see one of nature’s most exquisite creations – the Great Barrier Reef, a jagged serpentine ribbon of coral surrounded by an abundance of colorful, exotic marine life. The Quicksilver’s amenities include licensed bar, sundeck, and swimming platform. View the reef from the glass-bottomed boat, semi-submersible submarine, or the underwater viewing platform. For those with a spirit of adventure, free use of snorkeling equipment is provided.

Kuranda Scenic Rail, Rainforrest Sky Rail, & Aboriginal Cultural Park - Full Day

This morning you will be transferred to Freshwater Station where you will board the famous Kuranda Scenic Rail for a breathtaking journey on one of the world’s most scenic operational rail journeys. On Arrival in Kuranda there will be free time to explore the “Village in the Rainforest.” Your departure time for the sky rail is 12:30 pm. Once aboard you will be amazed as you glide silently above the rainforest canopy. There are two stations en route where you can alight and enjoy a walk through the rainforest to spectacular lookouts and views. At the base of the mountain take a short walk to the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park. Discover this ancient culture through theatres, stage shows, and demonstrations before boarding your coach for your return journey to Cairns.

4 Wheel Drive Tour of Daintree & Cape Tribulation - Full Day

Today’s adventure takes you on a 4-wheel drive safari to the tropical rainforests of the Greater Daintree and Mossman Gorge – some of the most ancient in the world and now under World heritage protection. Become familiar with the multitude of birds and animals as you and your naturalist guide explore this living museum. (Casual clothes, laced footwear, camera, towels, and swimwear are recommended.) Enjoy a barbecue lunch alongside a rainforest mountain creek.

White Water Rafting - Half Day

Located only 20 minutes from the centre of Cairns, the Barron River is a fantastic introduction to White Water Rafting. No experience is necessary to raft these Grade 2 & 3 rapids. Trained guides will give you all the tuition needed for this exciting mornings rafting! 

White Water Rafting - Full Day

Enjoy the spills and thrills of white water rafting as your raft shoots into midstream and then drops into a cascade of water. Guided by skillful hands, continue your journey down the mountainside, twisting and bucking, through Tully Gorge. (Subject to conditions - up to 4 hours of white water rafting on Grade 3 & 4 rapids.) Enjoy a BBQ lunch on the banks of the river and a chance to take in the spectacular scenery. Then back to the action in the foaming white water of the lower gorge. The entertainment does not stop there - we return to the exclusive Raging Thunder Cafe where screams of laughter abound as we watch the day's action on video before we take you and your memories home.
